Ariel Ceja
Founder
Armed with a voracious appetite and desire to share scrumptious recipes, Ariel set out to create a site dedicated to good food and wine. Prior to launching salud! napa, Ariel studied film at Occidental College, worked as general manager for Ceja Vineyards and opened Bistro Sabor, a small eatery in Napa serving contemporary expressions of Latin America’s favorite street food and snacks. He’s currently obsessed with Cuban salsa music and he relishes a good hug so give him one if you see him.

Amelia Ceja
Chef
Amelia is President and Co-Owner of Ceja Vineyards, an ultra premium Latino family owned winery in the Napa Valley. She met her husband, Pedro Ceja, while picking merlot grapes in the famed To Kalon vineyard – the same vineyard then owned by Robert Mondavi when she was 12 years old. Her fondest memories are those she spent in the kitchen as young girl in her native Mexico cooking alongside her grandmother. Amelia is proud to share all of her wonderful recipes on salud! napa.

Dalia Ceja

Dalia has been surrounded by wine, food and travel her entire life. After graduating from San Francisco State University in 2008 with a B.A. in Marketing & Communications, she departed on a six month “Study Abroad” backpacking journey through South America, learning, exploring and enriching her career with real life experiences. This trip inspired Dalia to launch her lifestyle blog in 2011 - The Olé Report. In 2009 she brought her expertise to Ceja Vineyards as the Sales and Marketing Director. At salud! napa, Dalia is thrilled to showcase her continuously evolving culinary skills.

Jeff Murphy

Jeff lives to cook. His scrumptious meals have delighted the palates of thousands of customers over the past 30 years he’s been in the biz. A veteran of Bay Area and Sacramento restaurants, Jeff brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to eatery Bistro Sabor where he’s head chef. This dude also rocks NPR like it’s nobody’s business. We’re proud to feature Jeff’s talents to the viewing public.

Navek embodies the essence of a free spirit. He’s a bongo playing rock climbing health guru Berkeleyite who seeks tranquility and happiness. He’s also responsible for the majority of the video content on this site. One love.
